That means that our virtual tours can even be viewed from behind corporate firewalls.

A: There are two ways to use a virtual tour within your website. The first and most common way is to link to your tour hosted on our website with a simple html link, so that a new window opens with the virtual tour running in it. The other way is to let the virtual tour applet run within your existing website. The main issue with doing it the later way is that the tour takes up space on your website, and it requires that you be able to insert more than just a simple html link into your website. A: Your tour will be hosted on the iLookTours.com website for upto 12 months. If the tour is no longer needed, then you may request that it be removed before the end of the 12 months. If you still want your tour to remain on our website after 12 months, then you may renew the tour for another 12 months for $50.00. No part of the renewal fee is refundable, even if the property sells shortly after renewal.

Q: Is there a re-posting fee for virtual tours that have expired or have been removed?
A: Yes. Once a tour is removed for any reason, there is a $50.00 re-posting fee to get the same tour re-posted for 12 months. This fee does not cover any new images or scenes in the tour. However, we would be glad to change any of the text that appears with the tour before we re-post it.

Q: What can I do if I am not satisfied with the quality of my virtual tour?
A: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that if you are not completely satisfied with your virtual tour, we will recreate it at no extra charge. If you are still not satisfied with the virtual tour, then we will refund the full price of your order minus the $25 dollar appointment fee, and your tour will be removed from the website.
